Our SW area renewable energy client company is seeking to add a new team of Customer Service Representatives to their Customer Care Department to start in late March. The CSR will be the primary contact for their customers, and this role reports directly to the Customer Care Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate and efficient resolution of customer service issues.
- Maintain professionalism with all call interactions and follow quality guidelines
- Answers incoming customer service calls.
- Provides customer with full resolution to issues or concerns.
- Corresponds and coordinates with other departments to achieve issue resolution for customer.
- Follows up with customer in writing when necessary.
- Notates customer accounts with regards to all resolutions, pending status and updates.
- Flags accounts appropriately to avoid collections and interruptions of service based on resolution.
- Issues reconnect orders when necessary.
- Answers emails from customers in company boxes for support, information and access.
- Returns all messages from external call center where resolution was not completed.
- Enters adjustments to customer accounts based on business rules.
- Manage customer complaints within guidelines of company policy to ensure consistency and the highest quality of customer service. Provide follow-up by completing appropriate records and documentation.
- Maintain current knowledge of Company systems, policies, procedures, reporting and other information to identify customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Experience:
- Associates Degree or 3yrs business-relevant service industry experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
