We are seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist to work onsite at the Graceworks Enhanced Living Office in Springdale, OH 45246.
Position Summary:
The individual in this position will act as a Receptionist and Office Administrator and work as a team with all members of the department. This position will be hands-on self-motivated office professional with strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Maintains knowledge of modern office practices such as record keeping, organization, oral and written communication skills, coping practices, Word, Excel, labels, telephone techniques and etiquette, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assists in Employee Personnel Filing both electronic and paper.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization regarding the use of technology and technology-based information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of office operations
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite Products
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
