Supervisor - Front of the House Supervisor
Rodizio Grill is the original Brazilian Steakhouse in the United States. We are known for our rotisserie grilled items that are served table-side, our abundant salad bar, and amazing family oriented service.
Our Supervisors work with our Management team in a support role to assist the many functions of our restaurant, while often stepping in and completing multiple tasks at one time. This is a perfect fit for somebody who has been a server or costumer service oriented person for several years and is interested in getting into management, or a previous manager looking to fine tune their skills in a high volume environment. This is a very hands on role requiring the supervisor to be on the floor at all times with very minimal administrative work.
Our management team are positive leaders, and train future leaders. Expect accountability & honesty and to work for a management team who leads by example. We are a very busy restaurant and applicants can expect to stay busy and have high expectations of themselves and their team members.
