PAY & PERKS
This role offers competitive pay ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, a $4,000 bonus within the first 4 months, a $5,000 relocation stipend, along with great benefits designed to support your professional and personal well-being! This includes:

WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll dive into conducting assessments, crafting tailored intervention plans, and overseeing program management for children with autism. Your expertise will guide a dedicated team of therapists, providing mentorship and hands-on training to ensure each child receives the highest quality of care. Throughout the day, you'll engage in ongoing parent training sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed. You will also be expected to complete 25 billable hours per week as well as small caseloads.
