The Administrative Assistant should have basic office experience and excellent customer service skills. Must be courteous, personable, and have good people skills. Handling phone calls in a professional manner and being comfortable talking with people is imperative. Answer the phone, schedule appointments, and greet walk-in customers with a friendly attitude.
Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to compose grammatically correct emails and take accurate notes. Duties include collecting paperwork from field jobs then entering data for the service calls and invoices. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Computer knowledge/accuracy and building client relationships is key to this job position. Must be able to multitask. Personal cell phone usage is not permitted during work hours. Applicant must be drug-free, able to pass a background check, supply professional references, and complete Criteria Corp Assessments.
