Raised Grain Brewing Co. is looking to add to its sales team with the addition of a dynamic, enthusiastic craft beer aficionado. You will be the face of Raised Grain out in the Waukesha and Milwaukee markets, at on- and off-premise retail accounts, festivals, and other special events, to grow Raised Grain sales volume and enhance the reputation of the Company and its brands.
This is a full-time sales position with opportunity for advancement within a growing company. You will get to work directly with our sales, marketing, taproom, and brewery teams—as well as our distributor partners—to bring Raised Grain beer to market. Our ideal candidate is outgoing and personable yet focused and driven to succeed.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with our existing restaurant, bar, and retail customers.
- Grow designated sales territories by creating relationships with new restaurant, bar, and retail customers.
- Provide all customers with current offerings and marketing materials, as well as maintain inventory in accounts and rotate stock to ensure proper placement of fresh product.
- Plan, lead and attend events, including beer dinners, samplings, and festivals.
- Make daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, sales data tools, competitive activity, and special promotional activities. Complete required paperwork and tracking, including CRM, invoicing, customer information, etc.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use with VIP, KARMA, CRM, and other sales tools to complete job duties.
- Capable with Microsoft Office, Excel, or Google Suite equivalent tools.
- Ability to periodically lift up to 35lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
