Duties:
- Process payroll weekly, accurately and timely for all employees.
- Verify timekeeping records and ensure accuracy.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees.
- Prepare reports for management regarding payroll activities.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure employee data is up to date.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles.
- Experience with payroll software such as Paychex, UltiPro, or Workday.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
