Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinate trade shows, educational seminars, and marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing equipment
- Provide on-site support for all marketing events and ensure availability for day of events as required by management
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, attendees, and sponsors
- Support marketing team with administrative duties and other tasks
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- Any interest/knowledge in the dental industry is preferred
- Event management experience preferred
- Team player with an open mind to learning new marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and event coordination skills
- Must be able and willing to travel (up to 30%)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
