Job Location: Chandler, AZ
Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm w/ potential overtime
General Summary and Main Functions:
Responsible for supporting area office needs and activities. Work with BIM department to accurately and timely initiate, submit, track, report and maintain documents. Mentorship and training provided where needed per functions below:
- General office support to team
- Provide administrative office support to the BIM department
- Working with field and safety team to support SIPP processing
- Responsible for maintenance and weekly updates of tool tracker
- Track the design schedule and monitor design milestones
- Update the federated model document contol
- Collecting and entering safety observation data and rolling out data to site managers
- Gather monthly information for safety observation data for monthly meetings.
Position Requirements:
- Previous SIPP experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years adminstrative experience required
- Familiarity with construction environment desirable
- Experience reading drawings
- Good attendance/reliability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
