Job Summary:
I are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a 55+ Lifestyle Community in Murrells Inlet. This is a Part-Time position (20+ hours/week). The position starts at $12/hour. This position has opportunities for advancing in the company, if interested.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Organizing Files
-Assists with Resident Events
- Provide support to other team members, as needed
- Anything that needs to get done
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
