Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our extensive range of seating solutions. Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the restaurant, hospitality, and related industries.
- Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales or business development roles within the furniture or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
