JOB SUMMARY: To effectively support Firm’s frontline communication with client base. Assist Partners with various administrative functions and/or needs.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of administrative functions including some or all of the following:
Essential Job Functions
· Welcomes all clients and visitors
· Manages phone system
· Fields Client calls and directs them to the appropriate designated area
· Performs administrative functions for Partners and professional staff as needed
Scans client source documents
Digital and Paper assembly of client tax returns and financial statements
· Requisites and maintains office and kitchen supplies;
· Prepares and arranges for staff and/or client luncheons or similar type gatherings
· Participates in conferences and staff meetings
· Assist with marketing duties: new client folders, mailers
· Maintain updates in company CRM system; new client set up and making sure information is correct
· Order gifts for clients and send cards
· Process credit card payments
· Coordinate mail and deliveries and pick-ups
· Proficient in Firm’s software
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
