Role Overview:
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, promoting and selling our telecom services directly to consumers. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer has a seamless experience with our team while also driving sales and revenue growth.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Contribute to team effort by achieving related results such as maintaining customer engagement standards, exceeding sales goals, assisting in ideas for team meetings, and adding to round table discussions with the sales department to increase customer satisfaction
- Answer customer inquiries regarding service issues, product troubleshooting, service questions, sales prices, and general client concerns
- Open new customer accounts and record confidential account information accurately, including address and contact information
- Renew or upgrade customer accounts as needed by following up with new customers regularly
- Encourage customers to leave feedback on the interaction on behalf of the customer service and sales team
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication to increase sales and customer acquisition for our clients
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution exceeds expectations
Customer Service Representative Must Have:
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and willing to expand on these abilities

Education/Experience We Look For In A Customer Service Representative:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with new technology or telecommunications services is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, retail or related industries preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
