All Air Incorporated is searching for a Full Time Customer Service Representative who can drive customer support services and handle critical tasks while maintaining our standards of quality.

All Air Inc. is a Long Island based Industrial Distributor of Automation Components. We are a small, but highly successful company, with a fantastic reputation in our industry.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your general office duties would include
- Answering our customer's e-mails, faxes, and phone calls
- Providing them with pricing and availability for our products
- Processing purchase orders
- Communicating with manufacturers & suppliers for necessary information and expediting.
- Data entry and handling filing.
The role would be Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm
Hourly pay based on experience and background.
Benefits package is available after a short term of employment.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365).
- The ability to prioritize work assignments while juggling multiple daily responsibilities.
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick and Detailed responses over the phone, email, and all modern communication streams.
- Prior experience in data entry Customer Service is preferred, but would be open to training and upskilling.
