Customer Service/ Warehouse Associate
As a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This multifaceted role requires a blend of customer interaction, technical abilities, and warehouse management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as necessary.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access.
- Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming products.
- Test returned products according to established protocols to ensure functionality and performance.
- Document and report any issues or defects detected during testing.
- Prepare products for shipping by repacking them securely into appropriate containers.
- Label packages accurately to ensure proper identification and handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging materials and work area.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and test products.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.30 - $24.44 per hour
