General Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative
- Ability to work as part of a team in high volume inbound call center environment
- Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
- Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, providing superior quality service and support.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
- Accurately document information in database
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions, problems or issues
Job Requirements of the Customer Service Representative –CSR:
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to supervisors, co-workers and customers
- Bilingual is not necessary but is a plus!
