We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and detail oriented Psychometrist to join our dedicated team. As a Psychometrist, you will play a key role in providing a more in-depth diagnostic understanding of a clients clinical presentation. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in the administration of psychological, neuropsychological, developmental, personality, and educational assessment tools; in addition to scoring assessments measures, and composing reports.

Qualifications:
1. Must be a Michigan resident.
2. At least 2 years of experience.
3. Master's degree or higher in Psychology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
4. Valid State of Michigan licensure as a Temporary Limited License Psychologist (TLLP), Limited License Psychologist (LLP/MLP).
5. Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and treatment planning.
6. The ability to work with diverse populations (e.g., age groups, personalities, cultural/ethnic populations, etc), in addition to, establish a trusting and empowering rapport with clients..
7. Must have the appropriate training, education, and knowledge of psychological, neuropsychological, developmental, personality, and educational assessment tools to perform duties with accuracy and validity.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
9. Possess a computer with strong, reliable internet access.
10. Must be detail oriented.
11. Have Professional Liability Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the administration, interpretation, and scoring of psychological, neuropsychological, developmental, educational, and personality assessment tools/tests under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
2. Assist clients with the completion of intake (and other) documentation, testing measures, and questionnaires, if needed. Walk through documentation with clients once scored.
3. Ability to document behavioral observations during the assessment.
4. Educated in and applies confidential practices, in addition to, HIPAA and PHI regulations when conducting services.
5. Communicate and coordinate care with outpatient providers.
6. Follow all relevant protocols to ensure the confidentiality of the client’s information is upheld.
7. Maintenance of client records on a regular basis.
8. Attendance to staff meetings.
9. Review, prepare, and maintain individual testing materials.
