Overview:
Front Desk Agent
Ultimate Sports Connection, a recreational and competitive gymnastics center nestled in
the Heritage Shopping Center of Concord, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join
our team. We are searching for an individual with a knack for customer interaction to
oversee our front desk operations during afternoon and Saturday classes, ensuring the
safety and professionalism of our gym environment. Experience with scheduling software and POS a must.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, adept problem-
solving abilities, and a natural affinity for interacting with children. As a vital member of
our team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk during afternoon and
Saturday morning classes, assisting parents and students with inquiries.
Duties include:
1. Providing exemplary customer service to parents and students, addressing
queries regarding registration, tuition, and general gym information.
2. Familiarity with iClassPro or Jack Rabbit is preferred, and experience with Canva
is highly desirable.
3. Assisting with enrollment, makeup classes, and registrations, managing phone
and email correspondence, designing promotional materials such as flyers,
sending marketing and policy emails, crafting quarterly newsletters, and aiding in
the organization of events like meets, shows, and birthdays.
4. Undertaking additional administrative tasks and customer service duties as
assigned.
5. Performing light cleaning duties in the lobby, windows, restrooms, and trash
disposal to maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment for afternoon and
evening classes.
Required Hours for Front Desk Administrator:
Position starts on June 10 or as soon as possible.
Typically, Thursday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:45 PM and Saturday from 8:00
AM to 1:00 PM, with occasional requests for Monday to Wednesday shifts.
Possibility of transitioning to full-time hours.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office and computer skills,
including college students seeking practical experience. While prior gymnastics

Qualifications
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service background with experience in handling diverse clientele
- Ability to effectively manage administrative tasks and maintain organized systems
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in front desk operations or office management is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
