Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the oil and gas, chemical processing, or related industries.

Act as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, concerns, and support requests from clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the selection, installation, and maintenance of valves, seals, pump products, or related equipment.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.

Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies relevant to valves, seals, pumps, and related products.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to clients as needed. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

Previous experience in a technical account management or customer-facing role, preferably in the oil and gas, chemical processing, or related industries.

Strong understanding of valves, seals, pumps, or related equipment and their applications within industrial settings.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.

Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant business tools.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Supports Texas, Louisiana, Gulf Cost Region(s).
