Overview:
Provides high level, more complex administrative support to the Chief Digital Officer and leadership team within the Digital Banking Platform.
Location: This will be a hybrid position in Buffalo, NY.
Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between the Chief Digital Officer and leaders, responding to questions and issues on digital banking platform matters.

Creates non-routine correspondence and communications on behalf of leader.

Perform high level administrative / project assignments, relieving leadership of many day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of department.

Prepare and arrange business presentations, leadership correspondence, and other communications to include agendas, meeting minutes.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for leader.

Coordinate all travel arrangements and process expenses.

Prepare disbursements and billings for approval. Maintains financial expense records.

Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Associate's degree or equivalent in experience
4 years progressive administrative support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job
Prior experience supporting senior or executive leadership
Proficient in MS Office applications
