ECWilsonMeat2Go.com and the EC Wilson Meat Company are looking for one additional meat cutter (butcher) to grow our team. This position is a full-time, salaried position. Qualified individual(s) will receive company paid medical/dental/vision as well as an additional 4% company match on a 401k Retirement Account.
Our production room not only cuts meat for our community, but also for many of the finest hotels and restaurants in King, Snohomish, and Skagit County.

NOTE: This is not an entry level position. We are only looking for a highly skilled meat cutter with Food-Service Portioning experience to step into a specific need. The successful candidate for this position will be asked to complete a paid job trial and demonstrate efficacy at the skills below.

Required Skills Include:
Food service trimming and portioning beef, lamb, and pork to exact customer specifications.
Be able to work quickly and safely in an environment where significant daily production goals need to be achieved.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and remain organized throughout the day.
Proficiency in completing all or most of the following cuts:
- Flat Irons from Top Blade
- Trimmed Teres Major
- Filets from Tenderloin
- Center-Cut NYs and Manhattans from Striploins
- Center-Cut Baseball Top Sirloins from Whole Top Butts
- Frenched Tomahawks and Cowboys from Rib Primals
- Bavette Steaks from Sirloin Flap
- Trimmed, Split Hanger Steaks
- Peeled Outside Skirt Steaks
- English Cut Shortribs and Boneless Shortrib Portions
Experience in trimming dry-aged products as well as A5 Japanese wagyu is a bonus.
