Essential Functions
Primary responsibilities are accurate and efficient patient registration, procedure scheduling, charge transmittals, collections, and procurement.
Representatives must use quality customer service techniques to ensure patient needs are met.
Maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and co-workers.
Supports department operations as needed.

Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
SHIFT NEEDS: Monday and Wednesdays 12 or 12:30p start going until 6p-6:30p AND Friday from 6:45a-12p Qualifications
Qualifications Education
High School Equivalent / GED . Required Work Experience
1+ years related experience as a Secretary/Receptionist Preferred and
Customer service experience preferably in the medical field. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Typing skills – 30 wpm. Required
Excellent verbal/communication skills. Required
Detail oriented. Required
Basic computer knowledge. Required
ICD9 coding and medical terminology. Preferred Physical Demands
