Line Cooks- at least 2year experience in high volume restaurant,
Generally PM shifts, 3:00-12:00am
- Must follow instruction and prioritize various task
- Attention to detail and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in hot and humid conditions
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
Qualifications
- Food preparation and cooking skills
- Experience in food service and handling
- Previous restaurant and kitchen experience
- Culinary background with knowledge of meal preparation
- Knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food industry environment
- Premium skills in menu planning and fine dining experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
