Bartender - Must have full time availability including multilple shifts on weekends
Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, giving change, and managing tabs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Previous bartending experience is required
- Previous experience in creating craft cocktails and recipe design is preferred
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Knowledge of traditional and classic cocktail recipes is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures
- Understanding of food service and catering practices
- Retail math skills for inventory management
