Bath Flip is seeking a Retail Brand Manager to join our team in New Hampshire. As a Retail Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, staffing locations and driving sales for our emerging Bath Flip business. Join us in creating beautiful and functional bathroom spaces that exceed our customers' expectations.
Position is a base salary plus target incentives and bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of retail and event lead generation and sales revenue
- Managing brand ambassadors and being accountable for the results of the team in the stores
- Proactively generate leads by in retail locations, events and shows
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of lead generators
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve performance
- Oversee day-to-day retail and event operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds service level agreements and KPIs
- Monitor and analyze retail and event metrics to identify and address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
- Learn our proven face to face marketing process and implement staff strategies and best practices to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in retail and events technology, recommending and implementing relevant solutions
- Design, setup and manage event branding materials and products
- Engage with potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our bath and remodeling services
- Collect contact information, set in-home appointments and follow up with leads to keep minimums
- Collaborate with executive management to ensure a smooth system and accountability of processes are met daily
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries and position training
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Develop relationships with retail locations, events and other face to face marketing opportunities
- Maintain a calendar of events throughout the year and pursue new opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and campaigns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing, lead generation or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events
- Valid driver's license
