Museum Account Executive
Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will manage existing account relationships and play a pivotal role in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations by ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Assess customer requirements and gather information for potential orders.
- Prepare and quote orders, working with operations as needed.
- Present and close orders
- Follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for customers’ account management matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an account manager or relevant role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office/Google Workspace, and Zoom/Google Meet
- Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of the security or cultural property industry
- Previous experience in warm calling or outbound sales.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.
