Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Superintendent to join our team at Trace Creek Construction. The General Superintendent will play a crucial role in training and development processes for the site leads on multiple job sites. This individual will lead a team of construction professionals, collaborate with project managers, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
· Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals on multiple jobsites.
· Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
· Implement & oversee company training for field personnel.
· Address and assist with resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
· Implement and monitor quality control processes.
· Conduct inspections to ensure work meets established standards.
· Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial construction projects.
· Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs.
· Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Training and development experience is preferred.
