We are searching for our next speech language-pathologist to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team!
Job Responsibilities:
· Evaluate and treat children (birth to 21 years old) speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
· Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs.
· Create accurate documentation and reporting for all client sessions, including evaluations and progress reports.
· Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines.
· Refer clients to medical specialists in dentistry, psychology, or other related fields as needed.
· Maintains professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities and upholds federal/state licensure and ethical expectations.
· Collaborate and communicate among multi-disciplinary team members in clinic related to occupational therapy and/or ABA therapy to promote success with goal progression among shared clients.

Qualifications / Skills Required:
· Current Kentucky licensure in Speech Language Pathology
· Familiarity with a variety of speech and cognitive disorders
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Desire to work in a team-based approach to therapy
· CPR and First Aid certification
· Ability to work in a physically active environment and treat children on the floor as needed
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Active CCC-SLP credentials
· Master’s degree in speech language pathology
· 1-3 years speech language pathology experience in pediatrics
· Active state SLP license
· Experience with AAC assessment and interventions preferred
· Experience with feeding assessment and interventions preferred
