Call Center Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls to the clinic with urgency and efficiency
- Record all client conversations and ensure that ALL calls, texts, social media, and voicemail messages are responded to in a timely manner.
- Follow company processes and standards for checking appointment setting, deposit requirements, and records requests.
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Communicate with other veterinary clinics for records purposes
- Help maintain call center cleanliness and organization
- Working with the Doctor and Tech team to ensure proper treatment for clients and proper discharge information to clients.
- Properly taking deposits and payments for clients
- Fulfill operational roles/responsibilities based on the needs of the clinic
Requirements:
- Must have compassion for animals and be comfortable handling animals
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow is necessary
- Ability to maintain conversation and communicate effectively with clients in person and on the phone- Primarily on the phone. Answer with a SMILE!
- Knowledge of Google docs, Google sheets, and Gmail is a plus
- Full-time must be flexible to work Mon-Friday 8am-8pm and available to work a 36-40 hours per week/10 hour shift. Part-time must be flexible to work Mon-Friday 8am-8pm based on the needs of business, 20-30 hours per week/4-8 hour shifts.
- Experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to multi-task throughout the day and able to work at a quick and efficient pace for a 10 hour shift
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Compensation will be based on experience.
