Billing Clerk - Folcroft
We are currently seeking an employee to fill a Billing Clerk position with our team of logistics professionals in our Folcroft, PA.
The qualified candidate will be an energetic person, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to support the office management teams and ready to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Job Summary – Billing Clerk
Entry level office position tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to our busy logistics team
- All supportive functions for the office
- Answer phones and direct phone traffic to appropriate office staff
· Answer all emails inquiries in a timely manner
- Bill/Invoice customers
- Organize billing files
- Work with corporate accounting to resolve payment issues with customer accounts payables teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
