Job Summary:
Are you an incredible growth marketer?
If so, we are looking for someone just like you. A strategic, data-driven, and creative customer acquisition leader excited to join the INTO THE AM and iHeartRaves team. This is an amazing opportunity to help us drive incremental traffic and sales and achieve customer acquisition goals across our Shopify web stores domestically and internationally. In this role, you’ll manage a 7 figure marketing budget, run media across all major marketing channels, lead a team of internal team members, and work directly with the company’s leadership team. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue profitably across Meta, Instagram, Google, Tiktok, and Youtube
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of acquisition ad spend (e.g., budgeting, testing, etc.)
- Work closely with the content team to create winning content and deliver creative feedback based on data that propels paid media performance
- Monitor reporting across all channels and ensure performance is on pace and trending to marketing goals
- Build A/B testing plans and implement testing initiatives in key areas such as campaign structure, messaging, creative, audience, and placement
- Identify and vet new and emerging tactics as they relate to growth marketing and inform the team
- Conduct competitive and market research on an ongoing basis to evaluate consumer behavior
- Manage tags and pixels, product feeds, and audiences as they pertain to each channel
- Support the marketing department and cross-functional teams with any ad hoc projects as needed
- Identify process improvements and implement ways to improve
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing with a strong focus on Meta, Instagram, Google, Tiktok and Youtube
- Proven track record of driving profitable revenue through growth initiatives
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Expertise in creating content from conception to analytic results that can help drive ad performance
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
- Foundational understanding of attribution and MTA solutions
- Proficiency in Excel & data analytics platforms
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues effectively
- Comfortable with ambiguity and takes the initiative to lead projects
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment
- Proven success in working cross-functionally with all levels and effectively communicating/presenting
- Experience in the D2C e-commerce industry
- Ability to translate digital media and pop culture trends into brand-aligned content and strategy
