Clinical Supervisor / Behavioral Health
Program/ Location: Behavioral Health Outpatient / Brockton, MA
Education/ Licensure: Masters degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work; must be independently licensed, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT
Salary: $72,000 - $78,000 (Experience & education dependent)
Status: Full time
Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday with one day being an evening shift (11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm)

Requirements
- Familiarity with relevant professional codes of ethics, client’s rights documents, and laws and regulations that govern both counseling and clinical supervision practices
- Competence in working within a structured human service setting
- Skills in fiscal and personnel management
- Knowledge of, adherence to, and ability to train staff, regarding state and federal licensing requirements, accreditation bodies and other applicable regulatory agencies
- Ability to work effectively with State systems
- Strong and effective verbal and written skills as well as knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs
- Ability to learn, use and train HPAO’s electronic medical record
- Ability to become a certified trainer in various clinical practices and train staff accordingly
- Ability to develop and maintain effective interdepartmental and interagency collaborations
- Certification in the HPAO approved de-escalation program

Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and review policies and procedure on a regular basis
- Monitoring of adequacy and appropriateness of patient (member) care
- Ensure that clinical activities are carried out in accordance with HPAO’s written plans for quality assurance, utilization review/management and staff growth and development
- Provide clinical supervision to all direct service program staff across CBHC service components and maintain supervisory notes
- Provide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and/or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning. Productivity expectations will be determined based on the number of direct supervisees
- After-hours/on-call program support for patient clinical emergencies, dose verification, and other patient urgent needs on a rotating basis with Program leadership
- Participate on assigned committees and prepare reports as needed
- Coordinate with other departments/facilities to enhance and ensure quality care
- Routinely review patient charts (open and closed) to ensure that the structure and substance are in accordance with licensing and accreditations standards
- Support hiring and training of all new clinical and support staff of the CBHC
- Participate in RFR processes to maintain current programing and development new programming
- Preparation of reports and correspondence in response to licensing and accreditation boards
- Collaborate and participate in meetings with other community organizations to enhance communication and service delivery within the community
- Provide on- going clinical and daily administration of the CBHC Outpatient Program to ensure quality care
- Insures confidentiality according to 42 CFR part 2 and HIPAA regulations
- Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Program Director, CBHC Site Director and/or COO
Qualifications
- Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, including: LICSW/LMHC/LMFT
- Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical supervisory experience and five (5) years of behavioral health counseling experience
- CBHC Child/Youth Services: Must have at least 2 years’ experience treating youth and/or families
