Duties:
Looking for a friendly, outgoing, energetic person to greet and help potential residents.
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide them with information about available units
- Assist with the leasing process, including application processing, background checks, and lease preparation
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and property maintenance tasks
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leasing or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate lease terms and upsell property features
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records
