Job Title: Servicing Financial Advisor, Financial Services

Values & Vision is looking for a licensed Servicing Financial Advisor to join the team. Focused on providing comprehensive financial guidance and support to our clients. Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing personalized financial guidance, and high-quality service. You will work closely with the senior advisors managing individual and family wealth management client relationships for overall client satisfaction, delivery of advice, issue resolution, effective communication of client needs to senior advisors, and development of overall advisory relationships with clients. This role does not require prospecting. The Servicing Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to grow and learn with an experienced, well-established leading financial advising team managing millions of dollars.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent client service, addressing client’s inquiries, proactively identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable investment strategies.
o Assist senior advisors in gathering client data, conducting financial analyses, developing personalized financial plans, and preparing materials for client meetings.
o Focused client service with professionalism and responsiveness. Proactive client approach through written and verbal communication with suitable frequency. Exhibits excellent time management skills.
o Planning, and risk management.
o Research and analysis investment opportunities, monitor market trends, and evaluate financial products and services.
o Stay current with industry trends, economic indicators, regulatory changes, and financial products/services to provide up-to-date and relevant advice to clients.
o Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including maintaining accurate, complete, and compliant records and documentation.

Education and/or Experience:
MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or equivalent related experience and/or training. Series 7, 63, 65 and/or 66 are required. Knowledge of investments, financial operations, insurance, annuities, and trusts are a must.
