Must have serving experience!!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
- Enter orders into the Toast POS system accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any concerns
- Prepare and deliver checks to customers, process payments, and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
