H2 Health is seeking a full-time Credentialing Specialist to work remotely.
This position performs a variety of routine clerical tasks in support of the divisional business office.
Education: High School Diploma preferred.
Experience: Two years of Medical Office experience is preferred but not required. Must be detail-oriented.
Credentialing Responsibilities:

Complete and maintain licensed clinician credentialing with all necessary insurances, ensuring that all providers remain active for all insurance carriers.

Completing and maintaining clinic/location credentialing with all necessary insurances, ensuring that all locations remain in active status for all insurance carriers.

Ensuring new employees are enrolled as an H2 provider with all required insurance companies, assisting providers with required credentialing paperwork, and scheduling appointments associated with credentialing

requirements as needed.

Ensuring all terminated employees are deleted as H2 employees as required by the insurance carrier.

Maintain a current credentialed clinician license log, notify credentialed clinicians of upcoming renewal requirements, and provide updated copies of licensure to insurance payors when needed.

Assist with Managing CAQH files for all qualifying H2 clinicians.

Assist with investigating contracting and reimbursement issues related to the network status of the facility and/or licensed clinician.

Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required
Qualifications:

Previous medical office experience

Must be able to work independently and work well with other

Have great customer service skills

Must pass required background checks
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: Hourly, Commensurate with experience
