**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate clinical trial activities from initiation to completion
- Conduct patient visits, including vital sign measurements and blood sampling
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate research data
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical research protocols
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure smooth clinical trial operations
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in compliance management within clinical trials
- Proficiency in vital signs assessment and blood sampling techniques
- Knowledge of software for data capture
- Strong understanding of clinical development processes
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Ability to manage data collection systems effectively
- Ability to recruit patients from both the research database and from the clinic
