About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior CRC/Subject Recruiting Specialist to lead our patient recruiting and enrollment efforts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a role focused on patient engagement, especially in the rare disease community, networking with families, physicians, and patient advocacy groups. This role will also support our general marketing and business development activities. This role can lead to a number of different career paths in clinical trial management.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with rare disease patients, families, patient advocacy groups and referring physician
- Develop successful strategies and campaigns to recruit clinical research study participants, and support study enrollment efforts and timelines
- Pre-screen study participants and provide information about clinical studies to potential study participants
- Assist in developing, managing and executing general marketing activities, including marketing research, events, community outreach, and social media
- Track key performance metrics for both recruitment and marketing activities
- Reviews and develops a familiarity with the protocol, e.g., study proceedings and timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, confidentiality, privacy protections
- Helps research coordinators submit patient reimbursements for study visits.
- Ability to communicate with patients when on site for initial visit
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences or health care services
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a CRC role in a clinical trial setting
- Experience with recruiting subjects for clinical trials
- Familiarity with drug development process and clinical trial workflows a plus
- Proactive, positive person with an outgoing personality
- Experience with graphic design, social media and general marketing a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Process-oriented self-starter with an excessive attention to detail and follow-through
- CCRP from SOCRA preferred
- GCP, IATA, ALCOAC training preferred
- BLS/CPR training upon hire date
- COVID and flu vaccination requirements

- Atlanta, GA 30329: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
