Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Fully Remote. Must hold a Hawaii License. (LSCW, LCPC)
- Implements and maintains the Integrated Behavioral Health program's philosophy, principles, and procedures in all facets of performance.
- Provide services and conduct self in a manner consistent with the professional Code of Ethics.
- Assess or provide therapy, counseling, intervention and/or education to clients in a professional manner.
- Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation. Meet audited tested requirements.
- Assure continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients.
- Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth, especially to maintain license, certification, or identified program performance skills.
- Participate in planned supervision and case consultation conferences. Come prepared with an agenda and keep supervisor informed.
Requirements
- Fully licensed LCPC and LCSW
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work or Psychology
- Criminal background checks.
- Work hours 3pm-8pm Mon- Friday and some weekends.
- Must be comfortable working with children and adolescents upwards
- Support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.
- Planning and time management and strong organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle.
- Management of work processes along with strong computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
- Communication along with professionalism.
- Must be able to have a caseload of 15 or more clients weekly.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive social history and psychosocial assessment that includes the client’s problems, strengths, and preferences; including cultural, religious, and ethnic background and implications for the treatment plan.
- Involves consumers and families in treatment planning, encouraging their attendance at case conferences or with outside providers/professionals.
- Attends scheduled case conferences and identifies and interprets psychosocial needs of consumers for inclusion in the case plan.
- Completes required clinical documentation within timelines established by applicable regulations and policies.
- Ensure the timely completion of initial and concurrent Individualized Treatment Plans in collaboration with the consumer and identified supportive persons.

Compensation & work hours
- Part Time: $90 for Intake & $80 for Subsequent Sessions (LCPC/LCSW)
