As a house manager you will play an important role in providing services to individuals who may have: intellectual disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, behavior health disorders and/or mental health diagnosis as they work to overcome vocational barriers and live lives that are more independent.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Perform highly responsible duties related to the development, implementation and coordination of Individual Service Plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
· Maintain, review and evaluate pertinent program data relative to each individual’s growth and development.
· Ensure that services are being correctly implemented.
· Supervise and provide training to direct care staff as indicated.
· Review individual service plans on a monthly basis.
Position requirements:
· Oversees all services within CDS governed by DHS licensing rules, specifically MN Statute 245D; ensures that all licensing are met.
· Supports all aspects of CSSP Addendums, Program and Individual Abuse Plans
- Supervisory principles sufficient to motivate and guide employees
- Health care and safety needs sufficient to ensure that needs of assigned patients are met
- Adaptive and social skills development principles sufficient to design and implement appropriate program strategies
- Intellectual Disability sufficient to design, recommend, and implement effective program plans
- Assessment instruments and principles sufficient to develop valid, reliable measures of clients' needs and progress
- Planning principles sufficient to ensure that an integrated program of daily activities is developed to meet individual program requirements and goals
- Motivate and guide employees
- Communicate effectively, orally and in writing to provide the members of the treatment team with common understanding of treatment goals and implementation methods
- Develop a schedule of activities to ensure that resources are used effectively in implementing programs in accordance with plans
- Consistently apply principles in assessing resident behavioral deficits, excesses and progress in achieving treatment goals
Qualifications
- Meet state requirements for Designated Coordinator: Minimum - 4 year degree and 1 year of experience related to developmental disabilities or 2 year degree and 2 years of experience in developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurance
- Meet and pass DHS background study as required by State of MN
- First AID/CPR

Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
