Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a proven track record in sales. This role involves developing new business, exploring new industries, managing existing customer relationships, and traveling as needed. With an uncapped bonus and commission program, the sky's the limit for your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met.
- Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or building materials industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and close sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
