Bullfrog Corner is looking for a part-time sales associate to join our team in our Southport, NC location. We are a family owned business that takes pride in providing the highest quality of service and products available in the industry.
Sales Associate Job Description:
- Greet customers as they enter and exit our store.
- Build strong relationships with customers through positive and helpful communication.
- Encourage customers to make purchases and answer any questions through knowledgeable sales staff.
- Assist customers with their orders, processing payments, and ensure all items are correctly displayed.
- Assist with the placement of items on sale, over-the-counter, and in store displays.
- Complete daily cashier duties accurately while following company policies and procedures.
- Complete other tasks as directed by management to ensure proper merchandising, inventory, and operation of the store.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and some holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers about products services and provide accurate information about availability.
- Must possess an active listening ear, strong problem-solving skills, and be able to act independently within the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Must have a great attitude and be able to work with a team to achieve common goals.
