Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately using a “best-in-service” method.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts, and document the interaction thoroughly.
- Possess excellent communication and computer skills.
- Be available to work a schedule with variable start times within the Call Center hours above. This may include weekends.
- Occasionally work mandatory overtime, especially during outages/ Storm Season; may fall outside of normal hours of operation.

Compensation Salary
- Part Time Monday Through Friday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm
- Rate: $17-19hr
Bonus Potential – Up to $500 a Month Commission Bonus
Maintain a Monthly KPI– 60% Higher - $250 Bonus Monthly
Scheduling Capacity- 35+ opportunities scheduled per week- $250 Monthly Bonus
Benefits include health insurance, retirement, and others available 90 days after hire date.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
