Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- File and maintain sales records, invoices, and other related paperwork.
- Answering customers' phone calls and answering questions about products, inventory, price.
- Prepare quotes and enter orders per customer's PO.
- Assist sales with their administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with warehouse ensuring daily orders get prepared and shipped in a timely manner.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Over 1-year office clerical experience.
- Entry-level candidates with customer service/warehouse experiences will be considered.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred.
- Experience with Quickbooks or other ERP systems is preferred.
