Duties:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address client needs and overcome objections
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
