Remote Position hiring only in the state of Arizona (Hiring for Graveyard, Day & Swing shifts)
An Operations Technician at ONRAD Medical Group is responsible for the coordination of exams to be read by ONRAD radiologist. This process requires processing incoming orders and images on company provided equipment, matching orders, and images, ensuring all necessary data has been included, identifying and trouble-shooting non-technical issues and assisting radiologist and technicians when additional information is needed, or conference calls are requested. Customer Support Operations Technician are also responsible for handling inbound customer calls and initiating outbound calls as needed professionally & respectfully. Timely and continuous communication for duration of shift in team setting required. Multi-tasking, following procedure & policies, follow-up, extreme attention to detail, self-motivation and sense of urgency while working in fast paced environment is critically required.
Job Duties
- Monitor and process incoming orders
- Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, paperwork and/or any missing or additional data or images requested by the radiologist as needed
- Notify providers of Critical Test Results via telephone immediately when applicable
- Receive inbound calls and assist our clients with faxing reports, transferring phone calls, requesting amendments and consulting with ONRAD doctors as needed
- Identify and trouble-shoot issues
- Provide documentation of all study activity in MRIS and/or MS Teams
- Monitor and respond to customer support emails throughout shift
- Other duties as assigned
