Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Assistant to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct research and gather data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate and assist with the execution of social media campaigns and content creation.
- Manage client communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintain and update client databases and records.
- Assist in calling potential clients.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
