Position Description
The Leasing Professional role is responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential property. The ideal candidate will have high energy, an enthusiastic desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and clients.
- You will be the first point of contact with prospective residents, current residents, vendors and associates
- Tour, qualify and sell the property’s features to prospective and current residents.
- Manage the leasing, closing and move in process with our new residents and current residents
- Ability to determine the customer’s needs, resolve and/or escalate to a higher level as permitted
- Fostering new relationships with our customers
- Customer friendly personality as well as your ability to diffuse/resolve difficult situations while nurturing relationships
- Strong administrative and computer skills, as this position will manage various tasks, like managing lease files, updating paperwork, and completing marketing/advertising tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year in a Leasing position (preferred)
- 1 year in a Customer Service position require
