This position is based at our Hampton Farms location in Springfield, MA.

Hampton Farms is the leading In-Shell Peanut Company in the US. We are also a leading producer of other types of nuts and nut butters for the retail and commercial markets. Job Purpose
Support the senior staff (2) in the peanut and commodity acquisition department
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Order entry
- Preparing Bills of Lading, Invoicing, Logistics – including functions associated with these tasks
- Inventory management/Confirmation
- Approving Payables
- General clerical duties including emailing, photocopying, fax and mailing, but not limited to other tasks associated with this position
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Assist with label room including label printing, data entry, etc.

Work Environment
