Job Title:Customer Service Representative
Remote opportunity possible after 60 days
Location: Lewisville
Regular Hours:Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm and Sat 9am-5pm (1 day off during the week and Sundays)
Training Hours: 1st week of training Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm & 2nd week 8am-5pm during training; after training
Pay: 13.50/hr

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
